Joostenberg is a small, family-owned winery producing a distinct range of organic wines. Their focus is on Chenin Blanc and Syrah, and the small-batch wines are full of individualistic flair. Winemaker Tyrrel Myburgh is passionate about natural winemaking and environmental sustainability. The Joostenberg farm has been in the Myburgh family for 5 generations, and the oldest homestead on the farm, a classic Cape Dutch manor house, dates back to 1756 and has been declared a national monument.
